Цепь небольших островов (всего 16) на юго-востоке штата Массачусетс, у юго-западной оконечности полуострова Кейп-Код [ Cape Cod] между заливами Баззардс [ Buzzards Bay] (с севера) и Виньярд-Саунд [Vineyard Sound] (с юга). Общая площадь 36 кв. км. Наиболее крупные острова - Ношон [Naushon Island] и Нашауэна [Nashawena Island]. Остров Каттиханк [Cuttyhunk Island] известен своим рыболовецким и курортным поселком, основанным в 1641 под названием Госнолд [Gosnold town] (пляжи, яхтспорт); здесь же - станция Береговой охраны [ Coast Guard, U.S.].
